The recruiting process can be a truly awesome experience but it can also be very stressful. Therefore we have developed a proven process to help each of our families navigate recruiting the right way. Just remember that your recruiting process is just that – “your” recruiting process and it should not be compared to your teammates on your club team, your high school team, girls in other sports or girls in other programs. Keep your priorities in the right order and this will all work out. If there is one thing that is if of the utmost importance it is ACADEMICS. Team Elevate has always focused on academics and the quality of the schools our girls are attending or are committed to is evidence of that fact.
